How long will it take for delivery?

It takes time to produce bespoke artwork and we have long list to work through but we try to work as quickly as possible while retaining the quality of work so 7-12 days is normally the average time taken to produce and post work

If I live outside the UK can I still make an order?

At the moment we are able to post pictures and tote bags to UK based customers. At the moment we can only email digital orders world wide.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

We can re do the picture for you until you are 100% satisfied with it but if there is absolutely no rectifying the order we can refund you the amount paid.

Can I make a special request for my order that is not featured on the website?

Yes you can come up with your own ideas and even your own design to feature as part of your caricature or tote bag design provided it's not rude, sexually explicit, offensive or depicting violence.

Will the artwork be signed by the artist?

All art works and hand crafted designs are acknowledged and signed by the artists for our customers but we can leave out signatures if the customer requests it.
